These are all kind of heartbreaking in their way, but then, the partnership is kind of heartbreaking. Which is my way of saying, I APPROVE.

All the angsty love songs, EVER. But they all seem to fit surprisingly well. I think they're all slightly more Charles songs, but...I also think Erik would probably join in at the end of "Summertime," maybe, and "Breathless" says so much about hope and patience and freely coming home, and I can completely imagine I think that you've found you even missed yourself/ I'm only asking because I think that, truth be told,/ you'll never go again as a line from some distant future conversation between them.

Actually, both "Breathless" and "Summertime" were on our wedding playlist. (I'm not sure what that says about us...)
