Oooh, sweet and hot! I love Michael bottoming from the top, and it's absolutely adorable how excited he is to do so. ;-)

James attempts, practically pleading, “At least let me touch you,” and Michael considers, nods in agreement, catches both of those hands, and sets them on his hips. “You can hold on.”

billowing pleasure with just a bare hint of roughness like the golden burn of good whisky, intoxicating to the senses.

James, breathing hard, sits up and flings arms around him and pulls him down on top. Michael, dazed and euphoric, can’t even protest. Not when James is clinging to him, heedless of stickiness, and whispering, “I love you,” against the side of his face.

D'awww! Lovely boys ;-) I'm glad they got Michael's self-doubt sorted out and had sex that was friendly to James's knee. All the care-taking one could hope for!

I think what I really like about how this one came out is how reciprocal the relationship is: James knows what Michael needs to hear and can get him out of the self-doubt attack with humor and conviction and the physical reassurance of being wanted; Michael will always notice when James is off-balance and trying to be okay, and will take care of him, also with a lot of conviction. :-)

And Michael bottoming from the top, and being all thrilled that James wanted to, and being happily lovingly in charge about it, is just adorable. (They might have to start doing that more; James is likely to be more comfortable with it if Michael's still the top as far as roles if not positions go, and Michael certainly doesn't mind...)
