Strawberry Mochi Ice Cream

Since Jason and I started dating three years ago, he's discovered that he likes so many foods that he either thought he didn't like (tomatoes, lettuce, salad, star fruit, sour cream, etc.), or had never even heard of before. When we first started dating, he was one of the pickiest eaters I've ever met. Well, not anymore!

I love mochi ice cream! We always have a stash in the freezer at home. We get ours in bulk at Costco. *^^*

Costco! Brilliant! Jason and I have been meaning to get a membership there. Now we have one more reason to do so! ^^

I had no idea Trader Joe's carries mochi ice cream. How cool! I miss my old Trader Joe's back in Washington. I don't think they have any here in Austin. ;o;

lol, Jason rocks. ^_^

Strawberry mochi ice cream is heaven.

Let's see...sushi and mochi ice cream (also!!) are Roy's. He forever owes me for introducing him to the stuff. He says he ate low-grade sushi before we got together and so he never cared for it. He always preferred sashimi (a common Japanese dish among Chamorros). He thought I was odd when I ordered mochi ice cream at a restaurant in Washington, but when he tried it -- he was definitely enlightened! Ha!!

btw, I just texted you but didn't realize it was your landline! lol so please pardon the odd message on your machine/voicemail :P

What a coincidence that we both introduced our guys to mochi ice cream! ^^

I got your text! It made Jason and I laugh so hard because this grandma voice was like ... reading it word-for-word in the message on our answering machine. By the time the voice got to "EL-OH-EL" I thought I was going to cry I was laughing so hard. XD I'll have to text ya. ^^ My cell phone has been acting up lately (I think it just needs a new battery), but I think I can get the battery to stay charged long enough to send a text.
