Thank you! I guess my few years writing game reviews professionally still shows in my writing. That's both good and bad, I think. I'm really tempted to pick up AC:WW to play with you and Janine!
Awww, lame. Can you explain to me what sort of error are you getting, and when you get it? I was getting an error here at work because it was trying to load the game from the wrong location. I had to edit the game's registery file. After that it worked. It sounds like you're having the same problem, so maybe that would work for you too!
Yep, that's the same thing that was happening to me at work but not at home, but we're on a network, which is why it was happening to me. It seems odd that you'd be on a network at home, but maybe you are?
Let's try this:
1. Click START then RUN. 2. Type in "regedit" and hit ENTER. 3. On the left hand side, you should see a bunch of folders. If not, click on "My Computer" then "Software" then "Nexon" then "Mabinogi". 4. Scroll down to the folder labeled "Files" then double click on it. 5. In the "Value Data" box, scroll aaaall the way to the left. You should see something similar to "C.*Documents and Settings*jsmith*Mabinogi*desktop.ini*" If you have something different there, change what I've bolded so that it matches mine, but with your correct computer login instead of the generic "jsmith" I used. Use *'s for the usual \'s in a file path name.

I tried to play but I'm one of the people getting an error on installation and the forums are not helping at all :(
I will let you know if I ever get it running.

It's the Path is invalid error that occurs when I doubleclick the executable file on my desktop which I've re-downloaded twice now from the main site.
Makes me a sad Suki :( Wanna play.
