Sleet Hurts

Especially when it is being whipped at your face at 25 miles per hour. My poor delicate skin. Whatever am I going to do.

sydney33 you were smart to take the bus.

there was no room on the bus! the driver left 10 of us standing there - denied! my face is killing me.

Oh no! I always thought the 666 bus was evil and now I know it is.

eeep! i was lucky that the sleet wasn't too bad when i left for work this morning.

my sil gave my brother some ski goggles. they are tinted orange (i think it's orange) and they are huge! he likes wearing them when it snows. i wonder if he wore them today?

I luckily had my huge sunglasses on, but my cheeks, chin and neck got hit.

Sometimes it is nice to work right by the lake and other times not so much.

Yeah, that sleet was wicked. My hood saved me from the worst of it.

Next time, I'm zipping the collar all the way up. Thank goodness for my sunglasses protecting my eyes.

Yeah. snow, rain, deep slush puddles I'm prepared for. The sleet was a surprise.

Stay cozy!
