Pickpocket Scam on the EL

Hey Chicagoians and really anyone who takes a train,

I wanted to let you know that my neighbor who works for CTA on the Red Line stopped by to warn me about a new scam on the EL.

A person will get their foot stuck in the door. When someone goes to help them, a third person will pickpocket them from behind.

Be careful.
