This place is creeping me out. There are monsters everywhere and I... [static; yawn] I can barely get any sleep. And... I'm hungry.

I mean, I knew Mom and Dad would someday tell me, "Look, Son. You're an adult now. It's time you move out on your own and make a living as a man!"

Maybe. Personally, I would prefer it if my friends liked me for who I am, not what I can do for them. If you have friends that care for you, there's no need to try and manipulate them into doing something for you, right?
