One of my improv teachers told me she would be part of a group performing this weekend at the Colorado Springs Improv Festival. I didn't even know the Springs had such a festival (unless this is the debut year.) Last night's "Improv Hootenanny" was great. The show began with a high school improv group, followed by another group from Fort Collins. The school group did a long-form performance based mainly on the subject of dating. The Fort Collins group did short-form, ending with an Irish Drinking Song.
