[This has not been Garviel's day.  Really it just hasn't.  He's been stabbed through his primary heart, had some jerkass steal his identity, and then left with the check of an eat and run.  He stands up, settles his bill, and stumbles out of the diner, still bleeding from a jagged hole in his back, which is quickly scabbing over into a blood-seal.]

"I don't."

[he crosses back to her, his own pain forgotten looking down at her with worry in his face.]

"But who is Sakura?"

[lunawolves10th]

"At your party, briefly, yes."

[he smiles.]

"I wish I had known my father. It is a memory that I cannot grasp, after the Astartes conditioning, and the passage of time. It was over 100 years ago that I was an Aspirant, a little younger than you, perhaps."

[he walks with her, clearly pleased to have someone accompanying him in his hour of pain.]

[he nods]

"Even if he did, I would not know him."

[he looks at her, thoughtful, content to let silence reign for a moment as he walks, before he finally says.]

"You have known war as well, haven't you?"

[lunawolves10th]

"Not really. I was an Aspirant at 12, implanted at 13, and a Scout at 14."

[he looks down at her, not sternly, but more understandingly.]

"And you mentioned fighting alongside Saber. If you're comfortable, that is a tale worth telling, I think."

[lunawolves10th]

"If you told me, yes, I would. I don't believe you would deceive me about something of that nature. Perhaps deceive me in a jest... but about serious things? No, I trust you to be honest with me." [Sucker.]

"Ah, is that not the fellow you wanted me to bring to you as a captive?"

[lunawolves10th]

"And?"

[he looks at her, wondering why she trailed off.]

[Garviel, being completely unaware of the subtleties of male/female relationships, will let that one go unnoticed, continuing the walk towards his house in stoic silence for a bit.]
