I'm sorry. The one thing that I have learned in this life is that sometimes you just need to wallow. Not forever, maybe even not for that long, but for long enough. It's okay to be sad. It's okay to be mad. It's okay to be worried and frightened and at a loss. When you're ready, you'll move through it and figure out the rest of your life. Until then, your feelings are valid. Feel them.

It's indeed been awhile, and I'm sorry to hear that such shitty news has brought you back.

But LJ is definitely a great place to vent.

I myself have decided to return to writing here, although sporadically, for a similar reason of self-reflection to get my thoughts out.

I do hope you are able to finish those seminary papers, however half-assed.
