Leftover night

One of my favorite things to make is leftover mash up. This one with squash, mushrooms, and left over Chicken. Totaling up to around $3.50 at max to make, and makes more than one meal. Little dry parmasean or if I'm feeling it Alfredo sauce. Sticking to just parmasean
