Haven't seen it yet but I'm a person who likes spoilers.

Is Sylar dead?

(Just want to know what I need to prepare myself for...)

I don't like spoilers but I KNOW I can't resist them.
I'm really angry when people don't warn for spoilers though.

They kinda left that open for speculation. I don't think he is, and Zach Quinto is scheduled to return next season (even though you could argue that that would be in flashbacks and event previous to the save the cheerleader timeline).
I hope he returns as Sylar, but I hope we see some innocent!Gabriel too, since I loved him as well. And we need more Mylar-scenes.

And if Nathan is dead, I'll CRY.
