There is something about Sunday that is so depressing. For the last 3 Sundays i've found myself crying. Well not really this Sunday, yet... anyway. I've been staying at Candaces for the last week because things at home arent' going so well. Things in general aren't going so well. I stayed at J's last night it's really weird how you can find comfort

I read this once...
Depression is a seductive trap. It can lead you into a warm familiarity, wrap you in its protective blankets of numbness and lull you into a false sense of self that has nothing to do with the way that you really are. It drains away your other emotions and bleeds away the colors that you would normally perceive. It can be addictive.

Don't succumb to its power, it would only be a repeated mistake.
