Yes, this. I cultivated Lion Mind in India and it's far easier to maintain that there with constant support and reminders than it is in this culture. I just spent a nasty few days chasing my plastic bone thoughts and even though I know very well how serene Lion Mind is, that puppy runs wild sometimes.
