Yesterday I made 19 phone calls trying to work out how to move Brutus from Houston to Anchorage. My last call was to an animal travel specialist who politely told me that I'm screwed. Can you ship him from Houston to somewhere else (like San Fran or something) and then up to Anchorage? That might help with the temp problem. :/ That sucks. I'm sorry. I'd be so alone without Roma and Mewling.

He would still need to the cold weather certificate unless I sent him to someone who would be willing to have a 50lb dog for a couple months. It won't be warm enough to bypass the cold weather nonsense until June, and it is already bordering on too hot to leave Houston. Continental doesn't have any temperature restrictions, but they are assholes.

I miss him so much.
