[Randomly appearing at a new location is one thing if it was his own magic being the cause of it, then he wouldn't mind it so much. But being forcefully summoned to a place that he had no control over and unable to leave is what had greatly upset him.

Also. The red. If there is anything he cannot stand at all, it would be that color for personal reasons. And already he's taking off the robe that apparently a gracious host has given him. No, he'd rather be naked than wear that.]I'm afraid I don't have a clue. Perhaps this is one of the many locations that has denied me access of entering before when I've recovered my gate magic and region map. If I were to make a guess, given the designs of the room and the clothes we wore, then it would seem to be a hotel or inn of sorts. Only with the intentions of being used for sex as a main reason to come here. There was an occurrence like this that had happened some time ago where people were brought here under the misguided thoughts of affection for one another and had intimate actions with one ( ... )

How vexing...and I've already tested the doors and windows. No obvious locks, but no way to open them, either.

[She sighs a little, sitting and folding her arms over her chest.]

Misguided thoughts of mutual affection, intimate actions that one wouldn't normally take, a hotel which only has one use...such a strange sense of humor this town has. One week, they try to kill us all, the next...

[But she knows none of that is personal. It's only confirmed at those next words, and she manages a small smile.]

I won't ask about that other person. It's enough to know that it was an unpleasant and possibly traumatic experience. I don't want to drag up things that are painful...

Nor can I detect any sign of magic for a weak spot to get us out of here. And I doubt using force would be beneficial in any way either.

[He folds his arms as well in the exact same time as she did, sharing the irritating thoughts on how this town tends to work with it's spontaneous acts with the people here. But when she said those last words, his face had flushed red and darted his eyes to the side.]

... it was with my twin brother. I have no problems saying who it was, only with why it had to be him of all people. And it happened exactly at the time we had arrived in this place... obviously he had left eventually, but I am still trapped here. And trapped in this hotel yet again.

Which is why I say that I am glad that it is with you this time. Rather than someone I disliked or not know about, I was fortunate enough to be with my 'wife.'

No, I doubt it would be, either; it would only hurt us.

[She notices that flush, and she turns away herself, only to turn back with those first words, a look of shock and sadness on her face.]

...the words 'I'm sorry' don't seem nearly enough for an experience like that. They ring hollow to my ears, but they're all I have.

[That sad look remains as she unfolds her arms, putting one hand on his shoulder.]

I...I'm glad that if I have to be in a situation like this, in a place like this, that it's with someone I care about, and not a stranger.

[And she blushes, that sad look trying to turn into a small smile.]
