ha i have the same problem. Well kinda. I tried everything to get a horse. I cleaned like crazy around the house, worked my ass off at the barn like im still doing, got good grades, was a good person, never did anything bad. It doesnt work. I gave up. Well plus they just plain told me after all of this that we just dont have the money and theres nothing you can do about it. And theres no way that i can come up with $5,000-10,000 for a horse by just working at the barn. So i guess im just settling for my lease. I think that you should work something out with Sherry if she ever wants some1 to half lease Barty. OR lease some1 like Easter, Winston, or whoever else. I would do a boarder horse cuz the price would probably be cheaper but it depends. Or of course lease Cocoa. We arent old enough to get real jobs. But im sure your mom will let you go to a show next year. Thats what i am hoping for too. And maybe some1 of a boarder will split the cost with you. Hmmm. Good luck!

Me and Samma agree that your sister is a poser. Thank God you won't have to be in the same school with her, though!

Continue doing the stuff you are. Suck up to her, do as many chores as possible (especially without being asked) and do stuff with the dog without being asked aswell. Also offer to help with stuff. Also try convincing her to watch you ride cocoa, or bart if you are able too. From what I have seen you are really good. Leave the topic alone for a while, and get all the info you need about it. Decide what horse you want to lease (start with leasing, because if it becomes to stressful you can drop it, if you bought a horse you wouldn't be able to) and how much it will cost and all the other stuff she would need to know. Then when she is in a good mood one day (after you figure everything out and have left the tropic alone for a little while) bring it back up and tell her everything. If she seems to get annoyed, drop it again, and leave it be for a while. Another thing that might help is having her watch you ride the horse you want to lease. If you feel comfortable with it and she seems to think you look good on the horse, you might have ( ... )
