[Golbez!Rydia just happens to be traveling past. She plans to keep to her promise about not entering the house, for Kain's sake, but she's bored and curious and...missing the others. A brief walk past wouldn't hurt, right?

Upon catching sight of tiny Cecil attempting to train, Rydia can't help but smile. He's so cute. At least she manages not to say that aloud and spare Cecil's dignity somewhat.]

[OH HEY. It's that strange man who is apparently Golbez who allegedly has Rydia inside!

[Despite appearances, it's Rosa inside there looking sad. And though it's a little awkward, Cecil will set the sword down entirely and take one of Rosa's hands in both of his small ones, giving hers a gentle squeeze.]

Of course. We must defend the others, right? [Kain can't help it, even he is amused by the sight. But his attempt to properly hold his spear in this shorter body is no better.]

Naturally. [He'll step aside to allow Kain some room, though stops short of offering a spar. Though he tries, he's well aware that he's not yet in enough control over his blade to point it at another person, let alone the body belonging to his beloved.] Though it seems fate conspires against our effectiveness.
