So I wanted to see what people thought about a chocolate making venture I'm considering. It would almost definitely be through etsy first, then potentially expanding to include a website and somesuch. I would buy my chocolate from a supplier that does it's own processing and roasting, hand temper the chocolate myself, cast it in molds and fill it

i'm afraid my budget doesn't allow splurges like this at the moment, but i'd sure try it if it did. your combinations sound intriguing.
speaking of etsy, though... i signed up for my crochet, but i don't have anything readily available at the moment. can you sell food on there? like, i could make a cake or cookies, and ship them off? because i know that it falls under the "homemade" stipulation, but i wasn't sure about selling food. anyway, idle question. just hoped you knew more about etsy than me. :)

That said, I think that they sound awesome. Especially the watermelon-blood orange one, because not enough people make use of the fantasticness of blood oranges. (They're one of my favorite oranges. *smiles*) Also, passionfruit-tamarind? My friend Maggie would love you forevars (in a purely "omigod you're making tasty chocolate things with passionfruit i love you forevars!" sort of way, of course. *smiles*)
