Oh, Lunafish! I found this immensely amusing! So much fun! Now, my favourite bits:
-even with the testimony of the very much alive victim himself!- He's A L I V E! (Frankendore? Dumblestein?)
...whatever the vulgar Americans serve instead of tea. A beer, perhaps? Now, now! Not all of us are vulgar, Master Snape. But we are a bit naughty...
I'm not dressing up as Neville Longbottom's grandmother, Dumbledore. Ah, but you did! I have the photographic evidence!
...distinct bias in favor of the books' foolhardy protagonist--at my expense, I might add? *smirk*
Apparently, these fan gatherings have become a front for Death Eater recruitment. Ah...brilliant! *giggle snort*
Certainly, he'd been tempted several times to hex the over-zealous Muggles who insisted on having their picture taken with him, but, once he grew accustomed to it, he felt rather smug about the whole affair. *laughs hysterically*
Thank you for the kind comments; I enjoyed writing it very much. As for Dumbledore.... Well, as Snape mentions above, the Wizarding World definitely doesn't look to JKR for historical facts. In other words, the rumors of DD's death were grossly exaggerated for literary effect. :-P
