Don't know any russian, but I can give you a few German words.

Idiot = Schwachkopf, Holzkopf, Trottel, Volltrottel, Dödel, Blödmann
handsome/sexy= scharf, gut aussehend, geil, schön,
clumsy= tollpatschig, trödelig,

Idiot = Идиот (yeah same word), дурак
Handsome = красавец
Clumsy = неуклюжий

Those are all in masculine form btw.

Clumsy = неуклюжий - neukluzhiy

It's really difficult to choose the right word out of context! If you want me to look at the text snippets, I'd be happy to.
