I am not feeling so hot today. I got my little monthly friend, and not only do I have some cramps but my lower back is annoying me. (It was hurting worse last night) I took my last midol yesterday to combat it, but I feel as though I will need more. Whoa

I'll definitely take the rubbing of the shoulders, but I think I'd rather have some tea or hot chocolate for a soothing drink. :) *purrs*
