Oldest English words?

I think, because according to this research, that the so-called words that will become extinct should be considered for fic prompts! (I'm thinking in the lifein1973 Friday drabble...) It's like, saving endangered animals, yes/no? lol.

Idea good, bad? Stupid?

not as long as there is bad fic...

In that vein, I don't think "squeeze" will go extinct until we run out of porn.

Oh definitely. I was thinking that too; one of the reasons I figured it would be perfect prompt words. XD I might decide to use these words today, at least once. lol.

lol, I dunno. those are the four they listed as going extinct in the future...

Of course, quiver is something you hold arrows in too, yes? So maybe it won't go extinct. Unless the bow and arrow is no longer heard of either.
