As I was reading this, I didn't believe it was authentic for a minute, but then I found it on Snopes.com, who had contacted this Anne and verified her as being who she is and not a Democratic operative.
Given that info, I'd say it's frightening to think that McCain would think so little of the vice presidency that he would nominate someone like that. I wasn't going to vote for them anyway, but now I'm actually worried.
Democrats have underestimated the Republicans time and again (remember 2000?) and they'd best take Sarah Palin seriously. Obama's a smart guy - I think he will.
That woman worries me a lot, and as my mum pointed out, McCain isn't exactly young. If he gets elected, Palin is one heart attack from becoming president. As if the thought of McCain as president wasn't scary enough.
Also, she says she's pro-life and chooses to give birth to a baby boy with Down's Syndrom. She must have known what this would demand of her as a mother, but instead of taking a few years off, like most people would, to make sure the boy will grow up under the right condition, which is very important when one has special needs like him, she signs up as a vice president candidate. How is that supposed to represent the family values he tries to uphold?
oh god yes, I definitely don't want her to become president (and she does sound worse than Grampy McSane)! I'd much rather have Hilary Clinton.
Yeah, I don't get that either. Seems to me that she doesn't even believe in birth control or something... XD Urk, it's too early to think for me right now. lol.

She sounds like the bitchy girl in High School no one actually liked but pretended to so she wouldn't spread gossip about them. :/
