I don't have a credit card, but I *still* have an
(1)active paypal account...*shrugs* (It was a few
years old, it actually only "collected dust" until
recently...)

I discovered that I can get other things just fine, but for some reason, through LJ, you need a credit card number also. :( I don't understand it!
