I sort of get what you're talking about, actually. Life is funny and frustrating because you can't always know where it's going to go, and that can make it hard when you have good things in your life that you think might go away. I was convinced for so long that I'd spend the rest of my life alone, I'd date guys but it would never last more than a year or two and I just felt like I'd never find the right one, especially once I got past 30. And then I did, and I never saw it coming. So, I found love late in life, and I know other people who married their high school sweethearts, so you never know. But I also know people who are still single in their 40s despite being beautiful and talented and wanting a relationship, so yeah. The only thing you can really do is be honest about how you're feeling, and try to enjoy things for what they are in the moment ( ... )

Thank you for responding :) That was helpful, so I appreciate that you took the time to read this and respond. I have been trying to live more in the moment. I guess I'm not actually too worried about actually spending my life alone, I just don't want this relationship to end, if that makes sense? But I'm always a little bit more relaxed when I hear about people who are still with whoever they were with in high school, even though that sounds a bit dumb. Oh well!

I could do that, but I'm pretty stuck about university, because my mom works at our local school so I can go there for free, and we're too poor to afford any other school, even if I get scholarships :< The schools I really want to go to are private so they have minimal scholarships, which is terrible, but I don't know. I guess I'm kind of alright with going to my mom's school, but I just feel like I don't have to try anymore.

Thank you for responding though, that really does mean a lot to me. You're so nice and helpful :)
