You Reel Me Out and Then You Cut the String

  • I hate to sound whiny, but seriously, my final project is really unfair when compared to the other majors. It's supposed to take me "approximately 10 hours" to complete this project. 10 hours?! Yeah, right. If I had to do a paper, sure. I could probably be done within 10 hours (granted, there'd probably be a high BS factor). For me to plan, design ( Read more... )

10 hours do seem short to realize a good website, I wish you good luck ;D
I rarely use Thunderbird but that's still an awesome add-on! That's quite amazing to see that people actually code add-ons like this xD
Shotgun! Best thing so far :D

Also, Radiohead - 15 Step is love :)

Thanks! It's not due until next Friday, but still. "Expect to spend 10 hours on your project?" HA! Hahahahaha! I wish!

I don't even have Thunderbird installed, but I'm seriously tempted to do so just so I can use that add-on.

Agreed. "In Rainbows" in general is love. :)

Hee, Pushing Daisies is love, we always like the same things ;) I know what you mean about the pie, alas I still have not gotten one. I haven't had the chance to watch this week's Heroes yet, although the show is kind of dragging imo. I hope it picks up the pace soon, I guess I'll see when I watch this week's episode soonish! :)

Hee! We always do. It's so nice to have a show like
Pushing Daisies on my viewing list. It's light, it's humorous, and at the end of every episode I have a big, ridiculous smile on my face. It's also nice to to not feel any sort of fandom-y feelings towards it. I don't want to read any fanfiction, I don't want to 'ship or discuss episodes at length, and I usually have nothing more to say about it than "well, that was nice."

I can't remember the last time I had pie, and some of the ones featured on that show look reaaaallllyyyy goood. One slice of tart apple, please! :3

I understand why most people feel this way, but it's still disheartening to me. This is exactly what happened during
LOST's second season, and even though I'm still a huge fan, the constant negative buzz about it has forever ruined that show for me. I'm determined to not let that happen with
Heroes. I still love the show, despite its flaws. So whenever I feel ( ... )

Yeah, that's exactly what happened to me with Lost. Although, I really enjoyed the first few episodes of Heroes, I just think the last two I watched I turned off the TV and was kind of like "Hmm, okay" Although, I have faith. ;)

At the very least, we know that the current "arc" will be resolved by episode 11. That certainly helps things a bit.

Also, it'd probably take a LOT OF SUCKAGE for me to ever stop watching that show. As long as there's Petrellis and other pretty people with superpowers, I'm set! :D
