You know what - there's gonna come a time when you'll start to slow down naturally. Don't expect you're gonna suddenly find yourself at 400lbs or whatever your target is without any plateaus or "problems". So I say, just go for it. Once you start to really get fat, say at the mid-200's, you'll be at the stage where you can sit back and judge how the gaining is going.
