Custom greeting cards

This is something that was suggested in a discussion at my journal a loooong time ago (circa 2007, I guess). I always wanted to do something with it but never did, so here, you guys can have it. *g*

The regular greeting-cards section at Hallmark just doesn't really cover the sort of situations the SGC runs into. How do you say "Thank you for saving my life from an invading alien monstrosity" or "My condolences on the death of your clone" or "Happy birthday for the third time this year, thanks to that time loop we all found ourselves in"? So they have to make their own cards, or refit existing greeting cards to suit the truly bizarre situations they encounter. It's a whole little cottage industry for those who are particularly good at it.

That has been sitting FOREVER in my little file of SGA story ideas, but it's been so long and since I'm not really writing SGA anymore, I don't think I will every do it. But someone should!

So am I - SGA ones most likely! I'm guessing it's okay for multiple fills, especially for a prompt like this!

Absolutely! I think multiple fills for prompts is awesome; I love seeing different perspectives on the same idea.
