I'm so sorry. I know he is (was?) a good friend. I hope once he's moved out your relationship can be repaird. Sometimes friends are only good as friends. I lost a great friend after living with her for a year. Couldn't handle her anymore. I'm just now (10 years later) getting urges to call her and not worrying when she'll pop into my life again. Not all people suck, and some of us respect you ~smile~

I'm sorry to hear all your troubles - and the OCD in me is twitching just thinking about all that mess that you had to clean... We will have other wine tastings, I promise! Maybe we will have a celebration as soon as the Terrible Tennant moves out?

thanks everyone. things are a little better. he came by today and apologised. he doesn't understand what the issue really is, but at least he acknowledged that i was upset and what caused it.
