Home owners covers it we think... thank the gods for the fire department! They saved our butts.

I knew the fire department rescued kittens from trees but I didn't know they rescued houses (and the people & cats in them) from trees. I'm glad you are all ok.

Glad you're alright. I hope the water damage wasn't too bad. It sounds like the fire department got a tarp over the roof or something to temporarily patch it? It's good that they were able to help.

(and if you're wondering who I am after ~five years: minor SRJC lounge acquaintance from when the SRJC had a lounge. I think we took Physics 2A together.)

wow it has been a long time hasn't it... I sorta lost and forgot about my livejournal because I never posted about the good stuff... but kinda got a kick to come back from some fandom sources...

Then that night I really just needed to express what happened to somebody...

Water damage isn't too bad, I lost some shoes, some papers, a few small books... parts of my floor but the firedepartment got the tree off the roof before it came all the way in, and put tarps over the holes... thank you LakeCounty fire department... I should bake them cookies...

wow SRJC lounge aquaintance... back when it had a lounge...
