MAIN CHAPPIE - 7 Would You Like Some Hot-Chocolate?
Pushing himself himself inside the cafe, he dragged himself towards the first free table he could spot, under quizzical, and some irritated, expressions of some patrons, as he bumped against everything and everyone, while continuously nodding, and apologetically smiling. Placing some of hi bags on the second chair at his table, some the table itself, he dropped on the chair still holding the remaining. Lifting up his head from his slumped position, he carefully observed his shopping mayhem, wondering exactly how he even made it across the street, and concluding that there was absolutely no way he would be able to get all that stuff home. He needed help, and a taxi was out of the question; unless taxi drivers nowadays accepted pretty smiles from pretty people in payment instead of money.
Sighing for the umpteenth time that day, he brought out his cell phone, and checked his call log. Of course, Yuuto was the first number, but calling him would have defeated the whole purpose of him spending all that money. Concluding that Byou and Kazuki would must certainly be busy in ways that himself, and Yuuto, seemed light-years far from ever being, he lingered on Manabu's name, and biting his lower lip pressed the button. He really didn't want to call their second guitarist, for Manabu was the one that always seemed to have to help him solving one problem or another, and getting him out of a problem or two, which usually began with a Yuu, and ended with a to. Reason which, he really was the last person he want to bother but …
-... Moshi moshi ...- suddenly replied the guitarist in a rather low, and dejected tone
-Manabu-ku~n! ...- replied Jin trying to sound as nonchalant as possible, and not like someone who need help ...again
-How can I help you Jin-kun ...- groggily replied the brunette
-Did I wake you up?! Sorry ...- quickly trialed on the blond, biting his tongue, feeling truly sorry
-Yes - plainly replied the shorter -... which is it? - resignedly inquired Manabu
-Which what? - replied the blond in honest confusion
-If you called me there are only two possible reasons ...- calmly explained the brunette, as Jin remained silent pouting to the other, even though he couldn't see him -... you either did something stupid, or it's about Yuuto ...-
-Jin ... - abjectly breathed out the short guitarist, who was sitting Indian-style on his own bed, carrying his guitar, which he had been strumming before deciding that the aura emanating from the blond was gloomier than the usual, and wasn't allowing him compose anything. Jin was crouched at the feet of his desk, depressingly holding up his legs to his body, and his head on top of his knees -... Jin? - newly called out the brunette, placing his guitar on his bed, still receiving no reply from the blond -... I can't have you keep coming to my place and sulk … if this continues my walls might be the next to “wail” … and I really don't want that ...- he pointed out with with a sympathetic smile, as the other raised his head cracking a smile, followed by a sigh.
-I hate him ...- stated the blond, placing his chin on top of his knees, while staring in front of himself
-Really? ...- cynically stated the guitarist -... are you sure you truly are not five years old? Because my six year old cousin, has passed that stage long time, and now she is in a “happy relationship” with her six yer old “boyfriend” and her three dolls - he observed, folding his arms, while staring at an annoyingly eye-rolling Jin
-Great! - exclaimed the drummer -... six year old have it better than I do … just great ...- he concluded, newly dropping his head on his knees, as the guitarist, got up from his head, and stooped in front of the drummer, grabbing his face, and raising it
-You. Have. to. Tell. Him. - slowly pointed out the guitarist, still holding Jin's shaking in negation head -yes you do! - exasperatedly exclaimed the guitarist -What's the worst that can happen? ...- rhetorically inquired the guitarist -... he might say no, and you'll eventually get over it, right?- he observed making the blond's head slowly nod with his hand which were still on the blond's cheeks. Freeing himself from Manabu's grip, the drummer suddenly tightly bit his trembling lower lip, as he averted gaze from the guitarist -... oh don't you dare cry! ...- warned the guitarist, at which the blond closed his eyes, and even tighter pressed his lips together -... how about we keep thinking positive for now ...- he then sighed, patting the blond's head, who merely kept his eyes closed, and nodded in agreement -... okay, but now you need to seriously get up -he tensely stated, as he pulled the blond to his feet -I swear, I think can already hear the wall, it sounds like Byou … brrr … let it stop! - he playfully observed, making the blond gratefully smile, as the hugged.
-So which one is it? ...- newly inquired the brunette, not receiving any reply form the blond
-Ne Manabu kun … would you like a cup of hot-chocolate?- nervously giggled the blond
-… Oh lord ...- exasperatedly sighed the brunette -... where are you?- he then abjectly questioned
-... at a cafe' called For Addicts … it right on- tried to explain the blond, but was interrupted by the brunette
-I know where is it … I was thinking of taking you there one of this day- quickly explained the brunette, as Jin lightly smirked -... anybody hurt? ...- he jokingly inquired
-Not yet ...- playfully replied the drummer, glancing at his shopping bags
-Give me a minute … I'll be there ...- he then concluded, as they severed their connections, and Jin happily sighed in relief, wondering whether Manabu would mind paying for his hot-chocolate, which of course he would pay him back … along with all the other one still had to pay him back for. It was almost Christmas after all, the time to be also nice to the undeserving; oh didn't he just love Christmas.
CHAPPIE - 9 A/N: Blessed Manabu's soul for keeping up with our dear Jin *sighs* ... (^_^! ), but he is a good friend indeed!
