Eeeeeeeee we should have gone to today's game! Stephen Drew just hit for the cycle! First one in the ballpark's history, oddly enough! (There are two others in team history, but both of those were on the road)

GO DBACKS GO!

Yes, I know most of you don't care, just carry on :)

My mom says that they've been doing horribly lately. Fail! Though apparently Ankiel might be signing autographs at our Wal-Mart this weekend? Man, he was a pitcher at the last baseball game I went to.

I know that name. I seem to remember him as being a very wild pitcher, but he probably settled down since whenever that was.

My team's been sucky too... but today both of them together have hit 8 homeruns. That's pretty cool!

You don't like rugby now, do you? I decided last year that I hate rugby because some stupid championship messed up our Scotland plans!

You finally won a game? Out of how many so far?

Only lost two in a row... but we lost like 5 out of the last 6, I believe. Now 5 out of the last 7!

Awesome! I love baseball, so hard, even when it's teams I dislike (well, except for the two that shall not be named), so hitting for the cycle FTW.

Yay! You don't have to hate the Dbacks anyway, you can just be "meh" about them ;)

Heh, yeah. I'm meh about them, since I root for San Diego. Also? Adrian Beltre from Seattle hit for the cycle about a half an hour ago. Two in one night!

That's awesome! Both our teams on the same day!

And when Drew got that second double and tried to go to third but Tony was there! I LOL'd! Slowest pinch runner ever?

Hehe, if I can bore my f-list silly with hockey posts during the winter, I think you're entitled to your baseball fannishness. You'll get no complaint from me because that would be hypocritical!

Off-topic, but I think I'm about to break the record for fastest fic claim completion after approval, hee. I was approved for sw_1sentence last night, and I'm about half-done. Might even have it posted by tomorrow night if my muse is particularly inspired. Yikes!

I'm not as into baseball as you are into hockey :P

O_O That is awesome! And I'll keep my promise to read it, even though it's not my pairing of choice :)

Bwah, true. And you're not CLIMBING THE WALLS right now waiting for your sport to return. Hmph.

Awesome and kind of scary, heh. My muse has been so productive lately; I think it must be on crack or something. XD Thanks in advance for the read, hun!

Hehe. My mom is getting her hockey tickets for the season and she said all the teams are playing each other this season. So I'll have to root against your Senators for one night, even though I don't watch the games :)
