Shame, oh shame! I thought it was going to be all amazing with hilarious insights from starting out Medicine!

I was going to be amazed with cadaver stories;
be stunned with tales of sexy intrigue;
exploded with tales of explosiveness

etc.

Oh well, I suppose there are things which you need to cull when you start medicine. One week in and I've already cut a great deal of my personality and my will to live.
