[Xion takes a deep breath and lets it out slowly. Her eyes turn back to the stars, and for a moment she doesn't say anything. When she does, her voice is quiet.]
[Returning the smile she walks right up and clasps Xion's hands in hers.]
We made it. And if I may say, I think it's largely thanks to you. What you said back there, to the Mayor... It was very brave of you to share your heart so honestly.
[steps up beside her, near her, his hands in his pockets.]
It's beautiful, isn't it? If I'm reading the stars correctly, taking into account possible movement of the galaxies and different celestial bodies, we're looking at what humans call the Large Magellanic Cloud. They're a long, long way from home.
True, too true. Well--[he cocks his head to the side, his eyes just staring out into the vastness of space]--I always have been. Even now, if it existed in this universe, we'd still be far away from my home.
