Today has been a weird one. Full of emotion, dizziness, bruises & sleeping. I have been feeling really bizarre lately and today it came to a head with some near fainting spells. A blood test was done and I am now awaiting results. I hope that they can explain it and I'm not just going crazy. I'm ready to feel better please! Thanksgiving is in 2

So I thought I would be less busy once the DVD was finished, but selling it has become a full time job. Granted a fun one, emailing and calling and meeting people for coffees, but it takes time. I have to say I held my breath this morning when I received an email from my haematologist. My blood results from yesterday were in: liver & kidney tests fine (whew!) but slightly low platelet count and a low neutrophil count. Today I spent nearly 2 hours at the hospital for a 10 minute appointment. I hate that. Before I didn't mind being at the hospital for a while, I assumed my day was just going to be that. My medication has been reduced and I am feeling much better. Although not "normal" like they said I could expect. I'm giving it a few more days in hope that my stomach calms down some more. Just spent the last few hours throwing up in the ER (lost count of how many times somewhere around 13.) Funny how out of all I've been through I think I felt the worst ever tonight. I am thankful I don't have to go in anywhere to do a job. I have much respect for people who go through a treatment for cancer and then have to get back into the work force. It is hard. I am so so tired. I feel sick to my stomach, bloated but hungry, and just out of it. I have gone to bed before 9pm the past two nights but still managed to sleep in ( Read more... )
