Lexie gets very horny while pregnant and has to do some slight manipulating, but yes there will be sex.

So... I have a question. We have seen Lexie's thoughts and she likes her husband - which better grow to love! lol But does Mark have any feelings for her whatsoever or is he feeling obligated because of the baby? Does he want Lexie at all?

He doesn't have loving feels yet. He cares for her, but he doesn't just realize how much, until some other things happen. Lexie isn't in love with him either, she likes him, but it's not love quite yet.

Everything in their whole relationship has been in warp speed. They really haven't had time to take a step back and really evaluate how they feel about eachother.
