EDIT: Seriously, I am so fucking happy. You have no idea how great I feel right now.

Screening livejournal responses with the intention of blocking the mean-spirited ones is justifiable. Doing it so you don't have to defend yourself from the responses that present a legitimate argument against something you said is ridiculous.

I didn't get the part, and I'm sort of happy about that. I talked to Pam (the director) about the character today, and the dynamic I tried to bring to him with his father.
