Ok, I might have to break my Fish In Restaurants Rule(footnote 1).
I know the top looks like a photo blog, but read further down for the drool inducing scallops recipe.
Use Real Butter: A Break~ponders~ What would I feed Bitmonger while I'm at it? Should be something nice to compensate him, I'm thinking. Maybe something he likes that I don't

That's almost exactly the way I make scallops. The only difference is, I coat the scallops in flour after s&p so that they brown a bit more and the pan sauce thickens a bit. Mmmmmmm...scallops.

I too loathe the little swimming things being cooked.

I haven't eaten fish in Decades? maybe? But, I ate fish last week at the dock St. Brewery. They had Fish and chips made with Pollock and I actually...liked it.

I hope you get your scallops.

Of course it counts.

It's just an exception to your rule. Just like Bitmonger can't stand fish or seafood, but has been known to eat certain clam chowders and tuna casseroles. ~shrug~
