My aunt called my grandparents today about plans for us to go to California to visit. My grandparents haven't talked to my parents yet since we're not sure if we can get 3 plane tickets during Christmas break for us to go down there. We might end up going separately. My grandparents might go first, since they'll be staying there for like 2 month

Damn... Cali during the cold winter break would be freaking good [minus the fact that there won't be any orgasmic snow around]. Though tickets around that time since it's christmas would also be freaking expensive! Sure hope you can work something out with your mother while it's true that she can't stop your grandparents but if you have bad luck, she might able to convince your grandparents that you don't really need to go /:.
