I've kind of wondered - where did the spoiler providers go? Arrested? Scared? I've only seen very few spoilers that actually came true.(CC losing her memories and calling Lelouch "Goshujinsama" being the only one for the past month)
I think C.C, has fully regressed to her pre-Geass state. Given what we saw, she appeared to be something of a waif. She was probably also an indentured servant to many, given her myriad list of chores she can do and the fact that she calls him her "new master".
I'd bet one of these is assisting an undertaker. So I wouldn't put too much into it as "mystery", but rather the extent of how poorly the young girl was treated. The way she reacts in the preview is as if Lelouch was about to hit her. She's obviously been abused in her previous life. Often.
