hi hun, you're not alone, trust me with hating clothes shopping. i hate it myself, can't stand it. i know what it's like to be fussed over the length of your hair too. i just wanted to say thanks so much for helping me yesterday with the emails etc, it was really very much appreciated. you're a friend to treasure.

Hi Lulu, Fleurette here! I'm glad things improved yesterday, in spite of you frightening Rob out of his wits by skyping him in the middle of the night California time, and your Mum switching to bossy mode when it came to discussing suitable clothes for her engagement and wedding celebrations. It's perfectly true that you can't turn up to parties like that wearing jeans, and I certainly won't suggest that you make yourself two sizes bigger just so you can fit into your suit! Is there any possibility that said suit can be altered? Obviously not, but I'm sorry that you find shopping with your Mum such a stressful experience. I'm lucky with mine, she helps me choose clothes when I need to buy them, and she and I both know what suits me, plus she doesn't dictate what length my hair should be, that's sorted between me and the hairdresser! Hope you get a nice outfit for the upcoming parties though. To end on a more positive note, I'm glad you had a good time on VT yesterday, as well as getting your usual Rob fixes of course.
