Title: On Hallows' Eve Fandom: Harry Potter/Sandman Rating: G Word Count: 1500 Summary: Everything must die, that is how the universe works. But one night, Death is in for a surprise.
Wow! I have a response! It took a year, but that's cool. :D Thanks!
I ended up writing a long crossover between the two, this one-shot was my practice round. It's at 250,000 words and runs through all seven books. I only have two chapters left before I can finally put the stamp of completed on it. (Whew!)
Loved this! I love reading too, and fusion fics always interest me. It's the added element of two worlds colliding, I think.
And the way you wove the facts of the two universes together is pure win. Now I will never be able to see Harry's lightning scar without thinking it was from Death's fingernail. And Death being unimpressed at Voldemort's method of staying alive forever reinforces the image of the pitiful creature he was at the end of book 7.
Oh, weird is ok. I got hooked on fanfiction not just because i get to read all my fantasies and what ifs coming true, but also because they add more to my understanding of the original works when i see them interpreted in other people's sentences...and measuring how weird my thinking is, against other people's! :)

It's brilliant! Thanks for sharing. :)
**goes off to save the long fic**

Be warned: The long fic is not for everyone. I'll admit that my goal for the Path was to make something as weird as possible.
Oh, and sorry this was all together in one big clump. I guess it didn't save the spaces when I changed layouts. *fixes*
