This is a very different Kakashi and Sakura than one often sees in stories. Kakashi, especially is very calculating. Yet, to me, your versions of them ring incredibly true. The questions of whether this nobleman can understand and truly value Sakura as herself is also interesting.

But what really sets this apart is the LOL-tastic lines littered about. My personal favorite was
“Your other choice is the Pit of Death.”

Its like Cake or Death- well, then, I'll take cake!

Well, we're out of cake! :D

I imagine that Kakashi is calculating, but most people don't focus on that because of the Sharingan. So I'm trying to make his battles a little different.
