Oh wait, I saw, hahah!

But dude, this contest has so many people signed up. When was the last time you, me, clear, nimbl, Jpop, ali, dawn, deni, and leafygirl all competed in the same contest?? Uh, NEVER. That's when. Except for now. BOOM.

Not to mention all of the other people!! It's going to be so cool. Fierce competition but such a variety! It will be impossible to compare the stories for a vote! I simply cannot wait!

I think the only other time it has come close was The Shakespeare. Time constraints make it really hard for all of us to be in in one time.

I have no idea how the voting is going to take place. I mean, there are almost 30 entries. That's gonna be a lot of Kakasaku. And some people are really wordy. XD

And I'm kind of excited since I really don't know a lot of the new names that have been floating around. This comm was always pretty busy, but lately it's ridonkulous. So this will probably be a good way for me to get to know people.

Ahhh, I feel you on the bleeding money comment - welcome to the wonderful world of brokeass homeownership. :P
But just think - the home tax exemption! XD

But in all seriousness, THIS IS EXACTLY why you need to do the AU challenge.
- It's fun and it will keep your mind off the other issues for a while.
- It's FREE and costs no money to do.
- It's a productive distraction and it will keep you out of trouble.
- Anything to keep you indoors and away from the mall, Pier 1, Target, IKEA, or anywhere else where you may be tempted to spend your hard-earned money is a good thing.

And MS Word is like riding a bike - one you hop on, it'll all come back to you. Just remember to hit the "save" button frequently. :D

*just came back from window treatments*

Yeah... that bonus money will be nice, someday.

Actually, the AU challenge cheapness was one of the reasons that I wanted to do this. It's a great stress reliever for me and it doesn't cost me a penny. :D

I seriously could blow $1500 in Target right now. :\

Noooo~~~ Don't go to Target!
Just think:
Writing the awesome AU challenge: $0
Reading other people's contest entries: $0
Hours of fun without opening your wallet: Priceless

Just stay put and write for the challenge!!!
:D
(I know you want to)
