I hope you all know that I would be a bloody awful Warden.

For one thing, I'm usually on the other side of the law. Putting me in charge of the coppers here would be a terrible conflict of interest. Not to get into any great detail here, but they don't call me Conjob just 'cos of my name, ( Read more... )

complaining makes everything better, eden, no politics for me thanks, rantrantrant

Not all of us want someone powerful to be in powerful, I told you as such already.

There needs to be a balance. There needs to be an equality.

However if you don't want a position that you're put into, well...I've seen how much emotional damage that can do to a man, and it wouldn't be very good for city morale.

He just doesn't look like--

That is to say, he's not--

I wouldn't consider his traits to be-- I've seen the kind of beer he drinks--

Oh, the hell with it.

Don't make me laugh. I just don't want the responsibility.

Why wouldn't you want it, honestly? Power is power.

I don't trust myself in power.

It's also responsibility. And a job. That's just not right for me.

And I'm just a bit lacking in morals. I smoke, I drink, I gamble. I shag women and don't ring afterwards.

Did you meet the last warden?

lullabyoflondon April 3 2008, 23:54:40 UTC
No. I take it I could've got him to buy me a drink?

ohrosalita April 3 2008, 23:56:06 UTC
I think you could've gotten him to write your mission statement.

And did he get elected 'cos the competition was a sorry lot of arseholes?
