Sleep has started to slip again slowly. Did that epic walk from Lewes to Newhaven with my brother again on Friday, then Friday night didn't sleep until late, got about 5 hours, then didn't sleep the minute I got home from work Saturday either, even though I was staving a collapse the whole day at work - lol man whilst I was not sleeping on Saturday
