LOL

I was reading about a film called Jailbait which is about a young man called Randy who is locked up in prison for vandalising a car and is unlucky enough to end up sharing a cell with a hardcase who murdered his wife. As you can tell this tale ends, almost inevitably in Randy reip.

Now Randy is played by fangirl's favourite Mr. Micheal Pitt - ( Read more... )

re: Michael Pitt: He looks really familiar...I think he was in an episode of show I watched, months ago, playing a psychopath. I wish I could remember what show it was. I thought he was pretty good in it, actually.

Well if he was pretty good it probably wasn't him.

Ouch but it's true.

Although I have seen the trailers for his new film where he plays a really nasty psychopath and he is utterly effective and pretty chilling so perhaps he just sucks at playing emotions apart from sadism and teh mad??

He was a little good in Hedwig as well...a little but how much of that good was my pash for his beauty I dunno.

At first I was thinking, "Maybe it wasn't the same person," but I looked at the photo again and was pretty sure it was. I think you may be right that he's just good at playing psychopaths and sucks at playing sincere emotions.

I saw Hedwig a long time ago and can't seem to remember him in it...What part did he play?

He played Tommy Gnossis the Christian rocker who steals Hedwig's songs and becomes a star. I thought he was rightfully raw and kind of earnest in that film in a manner that befitted his character perfectly. From there on though he was a bit wibbly. I mean he's not really atrocious in the right context i think...

Also lol I found a rebuttal review of that Jailbait film that says.

"Pitt is a talented actor whose subtlety is easy to underrate, and he gives a fine, understated performance"
