Well, I survived my first earthquake! Was only 2.8. I heard this dull rumble, but didn't feel or see anything. Had a look around, but nothing seemed untoward. Eeeek, another week has gone by. So what's been happening? Friday night, after a swim, had the ALSO 25 anniversary dinner. Was a very good night. Bob Brown spoke, which was intresting, and Adam Richards, who was funny (which is why he was there, lol). Ended up walking home. Saturday, I rode down to St Bedes Mentone and back. Yesterday. Hmmm, worked. Finally got some stuff to fill the time in with, yay. Home, dinner, and then off to the Astor. Saw SPL which was alright, some good fight scenes, and a few cute guys (Donnie Yen is gorgeous, lol). Followed by Infernal Affairs. Well, another quiet day at work :( But we are getting some stuff transferred, which should give us something to do. Anyway, have settled down to early starts (8am rather then 9am), which if I have a short lunch, means I can go not long after 4pm. Went swimming after work. A few cuties :) which is a nice change. Well after much tea, Wagner, Pucini and Tim Tams (dark), I finally got my new computer assembled. Took a few goes, lol. THen had to get 2000 booted up on it. It refused to boot from the CD, so had to put together then boot floppies, then move the floppy drive across to the new computer, and get it going, to discover one of the disks was ( Read more... )

Soo, what's been happening. I moved to Country at work, which has been a big difference. Was a bit scary first day, so much to learn. By the end of the week I was getting there.
