It's a beautiful knife! I'm glad you had a great trip. And your knife will make work "funner" for you too! (But should "stew"sagi-chan be worried?) :0

It really is lovely. I was actually thinking that I would have liked your knife when I was making dinner today cause everything stuck to the blade. XD

I have no idea what my kanji are, sadly. Where can I look that up? XD

When we go to tokyo next time I'll bring you to this store and you can look around if you find one you like! :DDD

The man who engraved my knife had a huge kanji dictionary he looked through to find the characters. My friend has the same character for truth in her name as well! Maybe it's possible to google it?

Aww, Pippa, thank you! ♥ I didn't know you had relatives in the restaurant business, how interesting. It's a hard line of work but also extremely fun and rewarding. ^^

it's a wonderful knife :) I once saw a whole documentary about how Japanese make knifes and I thought it's very fascinating.
Do you plan to use it or did you already use it? Well, this question sounds strange but how does it feel? ^^

Thank you! ♥ Oh, I would love to see that documentary, I'm going to google to try and find it! *_*
I haven't used it properly yet, since I don't have kitchen where I can cook now since all my utensils and stuff are packed down for the move! XD But I tried it out and it's sharp as hell! XDDD
